As a Health Coach and a fellow mom who’s been there myself, my mission is for more moms to have the clarity, tools, plan, and support they’ve been missing. Because improved health (especially in motherhood) isn’t about working harder… it’s about working smarter.

Hey! I’m Melissa.
I’m a Health Coach, a mom, and a Health Coach for moms
In the years after becoming a mom, my own physical & mental health took a nose dive. I cycled through fatigue, depression, random weight gain, brain fog, acne, chronic sinus infections, bloating, mom guilt and more. My gut was telling me to “do more” and “try harder”, while doctors or the media would imply that it was just motherhood, or even aging (I mean, I was only 30!) It was all so frustrating, confusing, and lonely.
Still, I refused to believe this was my new reality. I didn't want to feel or look this way. And I didn't want motherhood to back-burner my needs and goals for the next 2 decades.
I did manage to rebuild my health... and I honestly feel better, more wise, and more ambitious than ever! But, it took years to get there on my own. And then after my health coaching training, it all just clicked.
Mom -- being healthy in this chapter of life takes something different. We have to move on from the old school "just try harder" mentality.
It’s time to work SMARTER. And my mission to equip moms with the tools & support they've been missing - so they can meet their bodies where they're at, rebuild their health & habits, and evolve into an even greater version of themselves.
I trained with the mindbodygreen health coaching program, which is an approved program under the National Board of Health & Wellness Coaches (NBHWC). The training was delivered by a faculty of doctors, wellness experts, and board-certified health coaches across diverse disciplines and perspectives, with material including foundational and evidence-based coaching concepts, 360-degree approach to wellness, and functional nutrition.
The National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) has collaborated with the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME) since 2016. I operate under the NBHWC’s scope of practice and code of ethics. More about the NBHWC
