Hey! I’m Melissa.
In those early years of motherhood, I could feel my physical and mental health tanking. With two active toddlers, a full plate, and a desperate need to feel better, I wished I had a map to follow. Or a guide to show me an efficient path towards that healthy, happy, thriving Mom I knew I could be. The mom I wanted my kids to grow up with.
I’ve come out the other side - and now as a certified Health Coach, it’s my mission to equip women with the tools and support they’ve been needing to become that healthy mom, too.

A little more of my story…
In my early motherhood chapter, my physical & mental health took a nose dive. I experienced things I really never struggled with before - constant fatigue, depression, difficulty losing weight (and also unexplained weight gain), brain fog, chronic sinus infections, acne, bloating, and more. It was confusing and frustrating.
Still, I kinda refused to believe this was my new reality… that this was just motherhood or “aging” (like, is your early 30s “old”??) I didn't want to feel or look this way anymore. I wanted more for my family than a slow, tired mom who was struggling to keep up. And I wanted more for myself, too.
Fast forward years later - I’ve developed rock-solid habits, calmed my autoimmune disease, and am feeling better, wiser, and more ambitious than ever!
And through that process of rebuilding my health, I learned just how difficult it is to do it alone. I also learned just how necessary and life-changing this work is. Which is why I left my graphic design work to become a certified Health Coach, so I could be that support system for other moms. My mission to equip moms with the tools & support they've been missing - so they can rebuild their health, enjoy motherhood, and evolve into an even greater version of themselves than they thought possible.
